The fourth series of Doctor Who is one of the best series of the revival since 2005 as it is regarded as one of the best if not the best series of the show, not only because every loves a bit of Catherine Tate and David Tennant as Ten and Donna but because it is the best pairing that RTD could come up with and it worked.
